· Ensure that the divisions comply with the SOPs established at Head Office.
· Ensure that the divisons do not exceed their budgets & meet their deadlines.
· Ensure that the divisions maintain their books of accoubnt in accordance with the criteria laid down by Head Office
· Ensure that all the transactions are approved at an appropriate level by the divisions
