Area of Responsibilities
- Initial shortlisting of the profiles received as per the job role
- Screening candidates, conduct pre-employment assessment based on the position criteria & scheduling interviews with line
- Completing the documentation of shortlisted candidates & coordinate with concerned stakeholders as and when required
- Prepare & place Offers to potential candidates after taking necessary approvals
- Prepare and issue Contract of Appointments to the selected candidates
- Execute the end-end process of Open Job Posting
