Job responsibilities:

1. To support Regional Manager in planning, formulation & implementation of business development strategies for the Area Branches.
2. To develop a strong business focus on all relevant customer segments and sales of NRSP Bank´s products & services in the Area branches.
3. To help the Branch Managers within the Area in developing annual projections and budgeting for all branch business segments.
4. To develop business initiatives and strategies and present it to the Regional Manager and all Branch Managers of the Area for improving business performance.
5. To ensure achievement of business targets of asset and liability products and services assigned to the branches of the Area.
6. To ensure that branch teams are cross-selling products to maximize revenue.
7. To identify new business opportunities for both asset and liability products and other financial services and guide BMs/BCMs in business acquisition.
8. To conduct period meetings with all branch staff for review of progress on business targets, service quality and operational efficiency of the Area Branches.
9. To inculcate high ethical values in all staff and ensure their training & development.
10. To ensure compliance of all regulations, rules, policies, SOPs of SBP & NRSP Bank.
11. To perform any other Task assigned by Management.
