Position Summary:
These positions are primarily responsible for Revenue generation as per set targets and KPIs. They will be solar specialists having strong techno/commercial area of expertise in their experience to support other divisions on their solar leads along with their own leads also. Primary role is to discover customer needs and match the need with the right solar solution.

At least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Business
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively consolidate market intelligence in monitoring market pricing and trends
- Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences
- Accurate forecasting and sales reporting
- Working on account management plans with the sales account managers
- Growing market share of Wateen in the industry
- Forecasting and accomplishment of annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
- Develop specific plans to ensure growth in both long and short-term
- Educating other sales teams with presentations of strategies, seminars, and regular meetings
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other relationship-building techniques
- Develop and maintain high coordination with institutional customers
- Manage receivables constantly by coordinating with Accounts Department as well as the customers as and when the need arises, ensuring that the customer is well informed about orders and payment status
- Assist senior management during the bidding process and participation when aiming at acquiring tenders by providing bid quotations and ensuring all requirements for submission are fulfilled
- Carry out other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor
- Arrange short/large seminars, and awareness activities with Builders, corporates, and with different industries
- Establish contracts with Provincial Energy Departments, their Design teams, and consultants and maintain a data bank for existing and upcoming tenders/projects
- Assists with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target accounts
- Developing Profitable Customer Relationships
- New ways to nurture existing customers and guarantee long-term growth
- Account management benchmarks that build more profitable customer relationships and support the organization’s long-term strategy
Required knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Sales preferably Solar Sales
- Have the ability to work under challenging environments and sustain pressures
- Strong analytical, communication, dispute resolution skills
- Result-oriented and meets targets on time
- Proactive, solution-focused, and service-oriented
- Charismatic personality with relationship-building ability
- Excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record, for successfully pitching new projects thus ultimately increasing revenue through the generation of leads
- Sales and Management of large-medium size deals
- Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent understanding of Enterprise and Corporate business
- Strong knowledge of using sales processes and opportunity management
