Job Title

  • Unit Head-Compliance & Controls-Digital Banking Group

Job Description:

  • The role of a Digital Banking Unit Head Compliance & Controls is to act as a primary point of contact with key internal and external stakeholders, i.e. internal audits, external audits and SBP audit teams.
  • Other primary tasks of a Unit Head Compliance & Controls will also include performing advanced level assessment of Internal Controls, advise on the adequacy of controls design and driving the development of systems/work processes aimed at the improvement of controls
  • The role will also be responsible to perform periodic Risk & Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) exercises to adhere the Bank’s RCSA Framework.
  • The Digital Banking Unit Head Compliance and Controls will be playing a mentor role to the team members to ensure constant improvement in their professional development which will result in the team being more relevant to the digital age.
Education:

Graduate from a recognized University (preferably Masters in Business Administration or any related area)

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 05 years in compliance/internal controls.
