Responsibilities

• Develop reporting framework for nationwide sales channel
• Deploy SQL based Data Base Management tools to efficiently create a comprehensive back end structure for data management
• Automate reporting for primary Channel KPIs to provide daily and hourly visibility
• Provide end to end reports for Alternate Channel and Business Partnerships including but not limited to distribution and team level views
• Develop forecasting models to preemptively gauge changes in market dynamics and strategize accordingly
• Develop a strong data-based correlation between Channel and Consumer insights to improve the organization’s understanding of customer and channel interaction
• Provide in-depth analysis on channel metrics to improve the overall management of sales channel
• Developing campaign reporting
• Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels.
• Responsible for organizing regular reviews sessions with Sales & distribution (Fortnightly, Monthly and Quarterly) to keep track of KPI’s and other performance indicators.
• Provide run-time analysis on key issues and provide strategic directions based on data analysis
• Manage timely calculation and disbursement of offline commissions to channel partners
• Implementation of province wise taxation policies on payouts for retailers, franchises and distributors
• Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviours in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
