Position: Warehouse Executive

Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.

 Experience :

• Minimum 2 Years’ of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG or retail industry.

Location: Karachi

Job Description :

1. Responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager in daily tasks
2. Oversees and manage Deliveries and pickups of materials as needed
3. Maintain and record all pickups and deliveries.
4. Ensure proper working condition of work areas, grounds, trucks, tools, fixtures and equipment; arrange for repairs/replacements as needed.
5. Establish and maintain inventory control systems for all raw and finished materials; keep inventory current at all times; notify management of any inventory shortages.
6. Recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment or layout changes to improve work flow, productivity, and quality of consumer performances.
7. Recommend improved methods, records, etc. to enhance quality and efficiency.
8. Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
9. Ensure all warehouse team members are following all safety standards
10. Ensure the warehouse stays safe, clean, clutter-free and operating efficiently
11. Record and dates freight bills noting all adjustments and/or damage to product and report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues.
