Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: Dec 16, 2022)

The Tarbiyah Officer will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of regular Tarbiyah activities to ensure that the primary goals of the department are met. The Officer will collaborate with faculty, administration, Operations, procurement, and finance departments for the smooth delivery of his/her regular tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and evaluate regular Tarbiyah lectures in departments that are designed to meet the organization’s educational goals.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and faculty.
3. Keep up to date with current youth trends and developments.
4. Monitor, evaluate, and record the effectiveness of regular Tarbiyah programs and initiatives.
5. Develop and manage budgets related to operational activities.
6. Plan and coordinate events and activities.
7. Provide support to faculty, Department team in the implementation of a regular mentoring scheme.
8. Plan, coordinate, and organize the regular faculty study circle with all stakeholders.
9. Develop and maintain Tarbiyah digital repository databases.
