AN EXCELLECT OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLORE THE WORLD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

Grade: Associate/Assistant Manager

Function: Project Management Office

Department: CIO

Qualification: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Masters Preferred

Location: Karachi

Experience: 04 to 06 Years

Reports to: Deputy Manager/Senior Manager – Project Management Office

Deadline: December 07, 2022

Responsibilities:

• Manage plan, execute, monitor and follow-up of project assigned by the BD/ Project Sponsor

to PMO External Projects

• Assist line manager for ongoing projects/escalations/any given task.

• Liaison with external and internal stakeholders for project management.

• Set and meet realistic timelines, mention change and communicate current and projected

issues.

• Supervise junior team members in challenges/blockers/escalations/fast tracking.

• Ensure effective project tracking, communication, and reporting to relevant stakeholders

throughout the execution phase.

• Monitoring projects and if required escalating blocking issues to relevant teams.

• Coordinate with QA team for certification scheduling.

• Ensure close coordination with other teams and report issues timely to the member for

resolution.

• Any other task asked by the Line Manager or Management.

Job Requirements:

▪ Project management certification/Training.

▪ Proficient on MS Project

▪ Strong analysis, communication, and negotiation skills.

▪ Ability to work closely with cross functional teams.
