HBL is looking to hire a Senior IT Internal Controls Manager in Information Technology Function, Karachi who will be responsible for demonstrating passion for enterprise Information Technology within a high-volume dynamic environment and primarily focuses on the adaption and applicability of IT Knowledge for the development and implementation of IT Internal Controls with a desire to relentlessly champion regulatory guidelines, adaptability of industry good practices and complying relevant international standards. The position also depicts the centralized IT point of contact for all IT governance and internal controls functions at HBL.
Job Details:
• Develop and establish policy, procedure, policy wise control self-assessment (hereinafter referred to as “CSA”) questionnaire, enterprise control chart, control monitoring trackers (where applicable) and relevant templates.
• Drive, execute and coordinate in building/automating the IT processes towards operational efficiency and reduction of TAT.
• Execute and coordinate the definition and amendment of policy wise internal controls against IT policy for refinement and removal of gaps.
• Development, implementation and compliance of any guidelines in lieu of issued circulars.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field(s)
Experience: 14+ years’ IT and Banking experience
