- Hands on experience on Advance technologies like SDN (ACI), N9Ks covering DC technologies
- Hands on with Cisco/Juniper/Huawei routing and switching in an Enterprise Network (SDWAN/SD Access)
- Hands on with Cisco/Juniper/Huawei Security products in Enterprise network (for example Cisco FTD/FMC, Cisco ISE, RSA /Cisco DUO 2FA, VPN DVTi/SVTi, End point security
- Should have delivered at least five projects, ability to work under pressure and customer handling skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with and assist all various levels within customer organization
- Must have excellent written, oral communication and listening skills
- Self-motivated with solid leadership and collaboration skills
- Have customer facing experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide Planning, Implementation, Operation and Optimization assistance to Advanced Services Customers around any solutions
- Project deployment including documentation (LLDs)
- Project deployment including network design, configuration, installation, documentation (LLD) and maintenance / after sales support
- Provide technical advice to customer on product operation and configuration
- Provide technical guidance and presentation/ demonstration where applicable
- To maintain technical competency on assigned product(s)
