Job description for HR Intern
Pak Oman Microfinance Bank Limited has announced jobs for HR Interns. The main responsibilities of an HR Intern are to support the HR team in their day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to:
• Assisting with the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to conducting interviews
• Onboarding new employees and helping with inductions
• Maintaining employee records and files
• Assisting with training and development initiatives
• Analysing HR data and producing reports
• Conducting research on HR best practice
