02-Manager Operations

The job of Manager Admin & Operations/ Branch Manager/ involves ensuring that all administrative operations run in a smooth manner to ensure provision of quality service at IDC. He has to make sure his branch is running as well as it possibly can with efficient diagnostic services that meet the expectations and needs of patients. Manager admin & Operations acts as a liaison between the IDC staff and the recipients of diagnostic services. He oversees the general functioning, financial well being, policy implementation and management of medical and non-medical staff. The manager must be highly experienced in day-to-day operations processes and must serve as the company’s authoritative expert on matters concerning administrative operations and procedures. Responsibilities are but not limited to General office management, including administrative, business and facilities support functions, maintenance of office equipment and relationships with all stake holders
