HBL is looking to hire ambitious and dynamic individuals as SME Trainee in SME Banking (conventional finance) Division. This is a Trainee Program which provides an opportunity for fresh graduates to acquire strong hands-on experience becoming future SME experts for the bank.
Job Details:
• Perform business development activities and conduct market visits to onboard new clients.
• Assesses client’s needs and structure / negotiate credit facilities.
• Liaise between customer and credit processing team for approvals and timely renewals.
• Maintain customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction and take proper measures and initiatives to improve overall service level.
Location: Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree preferably with Finance Background
Experience: Fresh – 1 year banking experience, preferably in SME Lending
Career Progression: upon completion of the trainee program, successful trainees will be placed as Assistant Relationship Manager and eventually progress to Relationship Managers, SME Banking.
