Faysal Bank Ltd has announced a new trainee program for fresh graduates who wish to start their careers in banking. The program, called the Trainee Branch Services Officer / Universal Teller Program, is designed to give participants exposure to various aspects of branch operations and customer service. The program will last for six months, after which participants will be placed in a branch as a Universal Teller. During their time in the program, participants will receive on-the-job training as well as classroom instruction. Those interested in applying for the program must have a Bachelor’s degree from a HEC recognized university with at least 2nd Division or CGPA 2.5. Job Description

Jobholder will primarily be responsible for processing of:

• Financial transactions over the branch counters
• Ensuring delivery of quality services to customers
• Managing activities related to remittances
• Clearing & collections as per standard operating procedures and prudential regulations.

Responsibilities will also include cash sorting, ATM cash replenishment, processing of Western Union / Faysal Rapid Cash Transactions on system and its record keeping.

Selected candidates will undergo rigorous training.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service by attending to customers’ inquiries and resolving their complaints in a prompt and professional manner

• Process customers’ transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with laid down procedures

• Carry out general teller duties such as accepting deposits, issuing withdrawals, and processing other types of transactions

• Monitor and control the inflow and outflow of cash in the teller’s drawer within prescribed limits

• Adhere strictly to all internal controls and compliance requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Trainee Branch Services Officer / Universal Teller at Faysal Bank Ltd, your duties and responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to bank customers, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining the security and cleanliness of the branch. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting with the training of new Tellers and providing support to the Branch Manager as needed.
