Job Criteria
- Master’s Degree with 8 years of experience of carrying out TNA and organizing trainings workshops.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) and Annual Training Plan (ATP)
- Prepare and conduct trainings of field staff
- Facilitate the Head of Departments and Operations department to organize different trainings
- Capacity building of Junior Professionals (JPs) with the coordination of Operations department
- Explore different external trainings and send nominations of staff
- Design different training modules.
- Prepare training budget plan, training reports and training feedback analysis
- Maintain training records (soft & hard form)
- Conduct different skill training and sessions for the community
- Prepare presentation for MCM
- Responsible for ECIB of staff
- Discharge special responsibilities assigned by the Manager HR.
