Bahria University invites applications from suitable candidates for the post of "Company Secretary" (Bahria Science and Technology Solutions), Bahria University Head Office.

QUALIFICATION:

- MBA Finance / M. Com /LLB/CA from recognized university/ institution or Member of recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries.

EXPERIENCE/ SKILL:

- Minimum 3 Year’s post qualification professional experience in finance, taxation, Budgeting, Forecasting etc in an HEC recognized University or in a relevant National or International Organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- To manage Pvt Ltd company’s affairs in accordance with its objectives contained in the article of association.
- To ensure Statutory Compliance/Filing Annual & Adhoc Returns/Forms/Board Meeting /Recording Minutes/Meeting Procedure required under Companies Act, 2017, Corporate Governance, SECP & other regulatory bodies including Business.
- Communicate the Board decisions to all concerned via email/ other channel and report actions taken on important Board decisions for further action.
- Act as focal person to coordinate any Board related events/ matters.
- To participate in review's Company Business affairs, Budgeting/Planning, variance analysis of planning, management controls & advise on Financial/Profitably Affairs / Business affairs/Data Security/Policies development & implementation in Due Diligence.
- Provide basic legal advisory services in law, arrange/ co-ordinate Lawyer for litigation, vetting or drafting Agreement /Contracts /Forms/Proposal under legal aspects.
- To correspond with HEC, Federal Directorate of Education, and other Universities/Institutes where required.

- To arrange and correspond for national, international ceremonies, exhibitions, job fair and foreign delegations visit arrangement / correspondence for the development and growth of Universities Education in Pakistan
- To monitor/assist departments i.e. Account & Finance, Audit, Administration, Procurement & others in regulatory compliance.
- To supervise/train staff and formulate Corporate Affairs Manual for implementation by staff of Company Secretariat.
- To perform work in ERP environment & perform efforts towards the digitalization/paper less work of the secretarial work/record
- To Perform in full capacity with duty of care, loyalty, integrity and confidentially.
