Job Description:

• Maintain effective business relationships with lender banks/ financial institutions/ development financial institutions to raise capital and manage optimal allocation of funded and non-funded limits
• Manage and monitor daily cash management and use of different sources of funds
• Ensure timely repayment of debt obligations
• Manage investment portfolio of Employees Defined Contribution Fund
• Undertake processing trade-based transactions and be proficient in SBP Prudential Corporate/ Commercial Banking regulations and FE Manual
• Manage complete import logistics and financing by dealing with freight forwarders for transport, customs department, suppliers, insurers, and banks (for guarantees, LCs, contracts, and foreign payments)
• Prepare feasibilities for CAPEX/OPEX decisions and recommend cost-saving initiatives
• Manage derivatives portfolio including export forwards and export FE-25 loans
• Handle export and local receivables, payments from international and local customers and relevant reporting to SBP
• Process charge creation with SECP, submission of monthly stock reports and quarterly PPR to commercial banks
• Ensure timely submission of documentation for credit line renewals and fresh facility disbursements
