Position: SENIOR MANAGER HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Key Deliverables / Responsibilities:
- RESPONSIBLE TO ORIGINATE AND LEAD HR'S FUNCTIONS, PRACTICES AND OBJECTIVES THAT WILL PROVIDE AN EMPLOYEE-ORIENTED HIGH PERFORMANCE CULTURE THAT EMPHASIZING QUALITY, PRODUCTIVITY, GOAL ATTAINMENT AND EMPOWERMENT.
- RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROCESSES AND METRICS THAT SUPPORT THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE COMPANY'S BUSINESS GOALS AND ALL THE ASPECTS OF HR FOR THE COMPANY TO ENSURE ALL HR DUTIES ARE UNDERTAKEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES.
- FACILITATED STRATEGY INTO ACTION (SIA) SESSIONS FOR OPERATIONS, WHERE THE STRATEGY OF THE COMPANY GETS TRANSLATED INTO WORKABLE SMART OBJECTIVES FOR VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS AND INDIVIDUALS, ENSURING SYNERGY ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION.
- SUPPORTED IN IDENTIFYING BUSINESS CRITICAL POSITIONS & DEVELOPED TALENT PIPELINES, RESULTING IN SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN RECRUITMENT COST.
- ENSURES PLANNING, EXECUTION AND MONITORING OF EMPLOYEE'S APPRAISAL SYSTEM AND ENSURE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATIONS OF LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PLANS
- ENSURES LEGAL COMPLIANCE BY MONITORING AND IMPLEMENTING APPLICABLE EMPLOYMENT LAWS
Essential Competencies:
- DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO IDENTIFY, RECOMMEND AND IMPLEMENT BEST PRACTICE APPROACHES THAT DELIVER RA
- ABILITY TO WRITE AND DELIVER CREATIVE, IMAGINATIVE PRESENTATIONS AT ALL LEVELS.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.
- STRONG COLLABORATOR WITH EFFECTIVE INTERPERSONAL AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS
- ABILITY DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PLANS/INITIATIVES.
Experience:
- +10 YEARS' RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- HAVING EXPERIENCE WITH UX, EX AND XM PROJECTS
- ADDITIONAL COURSES/TRAININGS/CERTIFICATES WILL BE ADVANTAGEOUS
Qualification:
- MBA (Human Resources)
