Purpose:
The Reporting Officer is responsible for reporting, processing qualitative and quantitative data concerning the activities. And produce high quality, accurate, and timely reporting.
Education & Experience:
Minimum Graduate, (Preferably MIS), with 03 to 04-year experience
Knowledge:
• Understand the data structure and ability to extract the data
• High level of confidentiality and respect of data protection protocols.

Area of Responsibilities
1. Reporting
• Prepare reports for management & respective stakeholders on scheduled and Ad-hoc basis.
• Expertise in Excel, Qlik Sense & Power BI.
• Maintain accurate database by monitoring and reviewing regular sources of information
• Process weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal and external qualitative and quantitative reports.
• Prepare ad hoc reports on as per the need.
• Liaise with colleagues in charge of reporting, monitoring, evaluation, and quality, for sharing information, knowledge and to respond to managerial requests.
2. Data Accuracy
• Checking and cleaning data, taking special care to replace erroneous values with correct figures.
• Analyzing data, with due consideration for the influence of missing information, outliers, plus confounding and extraneous variables.
3. KPIs
• Prepare monthly KPI reports to track progress against set targets/ business objective.
