HBL is looking to hire a Senior Manager ADC Application Support in Information Technology Function, Karachi who will be responsible for the monitoring and management of all support applications functionality, ensure servers upkeep and support internal units.
Job Details:
• Directing and controlling the work and resources of operations, Making ensure of maintenance of high level of security, controlling performance standards adhering to SOPs, policies and guidelines prescribed by the company
• Supporting all product development / functionality by working with cross functional groups and IT to develop business requirements and ensure projects are shepherded through the capital planning process to implementation
• Providing operational support including development of policy and procedures regarding client reporting requirements and implementation support for services and capabilities
• Providing support on all operational aspects, including BAU activity to ensure critical enhancements are addressed and implemented timely
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science, engineering or related field(s)
Experience: 5 to 8 years’ payment experience preferably in banking or fintech industry
