Job Summary:
This position is responsible to manage the Procure to Pay Operations of assigned area through timely and cost efficient purchase and on time delivery of the material.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive the PRs along with approved budget to generate RFQs as per directions from MROP team to suppliers.
2. Making comparative statements and sharing with end users for technical evaluation.
3. Sharing the technically evaluated case with MROP team to negotiate the competitive price.
4. Making purchase order in the system and keeping all case files in the system.
5. Coordinating and communicating with finance after receiving order acknowledgement from supplier and by providing the proforma invoice, order acknowledgement and related approvals.
6. Coordinating and following up with logistics team for timely freight forwarding and customs clearance of foreign shipments
7. Coordinating with material warehouse for timely issuance of material receiving report.
8. Coordinating with suppliers to submit timely invoices to finance
