The Bank of Khyber is seeking to onboard an exceptionally strong and goal oriented professional as Group Head Treasury & Investment Banking. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Treasury Function of one of the premier financial institutions.
Eligibility Criteria
· Minimum education required is Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign university.
· Minimum 15 years of overall banking experience including 05 years Head / Supervisory Level experience mainly in Treasury. Candidates who are currently heading the overall Treasury function are exempted from 05 years Head / Supervisory Level experience in Treasury.
· Should meet criteria as set out in “Fit and Proper Test” of State Bank of Pakistan.
Job Description:
To consistently contribute to the bank's mission and business plans by developing the overall strategy for the treasury function & managing all treasury business activities on a country-wide basis, through compliance of internal and external regulatory guidelines. Manage the market risk on the bank's balance sheet and the investment portfolio to maximize portfolio yield over the long term in line with liquidity needs and assets/liability management strategies. Ensure high level of productivity through motivation and team play; develop the treasury team to meet the long-term bank strategy.
This position is based in Karachi and market-based remuneration package will be offered.
