ICI PakistanLimited is hiring a Production Officer for its Pharmaceuticals business based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and schedule production activities for the cardiology portfolio and supervise the production process.

· Ensure effective management of production lines.

· Ensure the timely production of high quality goods.

· Estimate production costs and suggest means for reduction where possible.

· Monitor production practices and set schedules as required.

· Evaluate material and human resources requirement as needed.

· Work with line manager to implement and achieve the policies and goals of the organisation.

· Liaise with different departments to prevent delay.

· Supervise and motivate a team of workers.

· Conduct performance review of subordinates.

· Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met.

· Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices.

· Optimise resource utilisation by implementation of an effective production organisation.

· Develop and track improvements in reduction of waste and Plant OEE.

· Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.
