ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring a Maintenance Manager Power Services for its Soda Ash business based in Khewra, Jhelum.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and command over Microsoft applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to complete assignments independently, with instructions as to the general results expected and with the guidance of Mechanical Maintenance Manager.
- Ability to provide technical direction and on-the-job training to technicians and Maintenance Officers.
- Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management.
- Familiarity with industrial and engineering standards.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions within given deadlines.
- Good IR skills and HR management to be able to oversee management, non-management and contractor staff.
