HBL is looking to hire a Business MIS & Analytics Manager in Consumer Banking Division, Karachi who will be responsible for performing customer analytics and publishing insights to make meaningful business decisions. The role also involves understanding data bases, data warehousing, and setting up data structures, creating regular and customized reports. Proactive analysis and enabling swift decision making is an integral part of the job.
Job Details
• Performing data analysis, periodic and ad-hoc reporting’s, portfolio monitoring and forecasting, understanding trends and provide insights on customer behavior and business performance to the consumer business team to boost up the decision-making process.
• Developing business forecasts, statistical models, performance scores, business rules and help improve consumer business numbers.
• Monitor and constantly improve the design and content of the Business Intelligence Reports, Daily & Monthly Dashboards and analysis pattern.
• Provide for ongoing training of the department staff
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or related discipline(s)
Experience: 7 years’ of relevant experience in MIS & Analytics department of a Large Local/Multinational Bank
