HBL is looking to hire a Program Manager in Information Technology Function, Karachi who will be responsible for delivering Core Banking Program that span across a tenure of 3 years. Managing issues, risks and program change requests to ensure successful and on-time program delivery.
Job Details
• Responsible for accomplishing the program objectives within the constraints of the program to deliver timely and within budget projects
• Involved in planning, controlling and monitoring, and also managing and directing the assigned program resources to meet project objectives
• Controls and monitor program scope, time and cost (Quality also) in managing competing program requirements to meet requirements within allocated time and cost
• Collect metrics data such as baseline, actual value of cost, schedule, work in progress and work completed to the stakeholders/management for project progress and other specific information to stakeholders
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related; Knowledge of PRINCE2 or PMP is preferred
Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in product ownership and business requirements & analysis. Individual having background of working as Business Analyst of any Technology, Fintech Or Banking industry.
