Job Description
- Providing support to the branch team with regards to branch fascia’s & branch brandings
- Maintaining the relationships with the vendors/agencies for smooth executions of BTL Jobs.
- Managing events / exhibitions and outreach activities
- Monitoring market activities (competitor).
- Provide reports, specifications, and creative briefs
- Ensuring timely invoicing
- Ensuring accurate reporting to line manager
- Ensuring proper monitoring of jobs during and after execution
- Coordinating with all vendors for the execution of approved branch boards and brandings in the branch.
- Day-to-day project from conceptualization to execution identifying tasks to facilitate on-time and cost-efficient completion of projects
