Job Description
- Able to manage and lead the finance functions of the department
- Oversee the monthly closing process in timely manner for business segments
- Manage the accounts function by monitoring all the payables, receivables, billing, collections and taxation activities
- Prepare of annual budget (Both OPEX & CAPEX) in line with the procurement plan and future activities
- Monitor the budgeted expenditure and tracing the variance on monthly basis
- Analyze and updating service costing of procedures and packages in close coordination with Medical Staff Affairs
- Strong knowledge/understanding of IFRS/IAS, Companies Act, 2017 and other laws and regulations related to financial Accounting & reporting framework
- Ensure recording of revenue with accuracy and allocation of cost to the respective departments including cost centers and revenue centers
- Highlight the sources of revenue leakages and suggesting ways to reduce it
- Well versed with Hospital Management Information System and IT literacy for development of financial modules/processes and reports
- Have hands on experience for working in EPR environment including EPR implementation experience
- Have demonstrated skills of process improvements, standardizations and business process re-engineering
- Review of monthly Payroll, consultant business income, and final settlements of employees
- Identify of control deficiencies and implement controls
- Review and finalization of quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements as per deadlines
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors of the Company
