Job Description
We are seeking applications for the position of Regional Manager. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.
Job responsibilities:
- To support Business Head in planning, formulation & implementation of business development strategies for the Region.
- To develop a strong business focus on all relevant customer segments and sales of NRSP Bank´s products & services in the Region.
- To help the Area/Branch Managers within the Region in developing annual projections and budgeting for all branch business segments & staff.
- To allocate business targets to all staff members of the Branches/Areas/Region.
- To ensure achievement of business targets of asset and liability products and services assigned to the branches of the Region.
- To ensure that branch teams are cross-selling products to maximize revenue.
- To identify new business opportunities for both asset and liability products and other financial services and guide AMs/BMs/BCMs in business acquisition.
- To conduct period meetings with all Area/branch staff for review of progress on business targets, service quality and operational efficiency of the Region.
- To inculcate high ethical values in all staff and ensure their training & development.
- To ensure compliance of all regulations, rules, policies, SOPs of SBP & NRSP Bank.
- To perform any other Task assigned by Management.
