HABIB METRO is inviting applications for "Unit Head GSD Central - Lahore , "AVP to VP" for General Service Division
Experience : · Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Banking Industry.
Technical Skillset : · Civil Engineering will be an added qualification. Must have knowledge related to project management, Govt laws and taxes etc.
Responsibilities :
· Implementation of effective and effective Administrative Management set up in HMB.
· To actively participate and assist the line manager in the annual planning exercise for purchase of properties, network expansion, renovations of new and existing branches, relocations, project management, protocol etc.
· Responsible for managing upkeep and maintenance of branches in coordination with the Head Office.
· Managing routine maintenance activities of Genset, HVAC systems, ACs and other equipment
· Installation, maintenance of Sign boards in coordination with the Head Office.
· To acquire, design and build new branches, relocation and renovation in central region.
· To interact with land lords of branches for renewal of agreement and bringing the rent down to SOP
· Monitoring performance of vendors regarding work quality, rates as per agreement.
