Description

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Network Monitoring
•  Fault management.
•  Escalation & Reporting Network alerts, follow-ups.
• Correspondence with stakeholders for fault reporting and rectification.
• Customer Service configuration, service change management.
• Troubleshooting of network/customers services.
• Network & Services Support and Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Technical pre-sales and solution designing
• Customer/Network service configuration
• Technical Correspondence with other stakeholders (Customer/Partner/SCM)
• Network & services support and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shift.
• Good sound knowledge of telecom industry and data services.
