Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing HR support in the areas of HRMS maintenance, Policies, Payroll/Benefits administration, Medical Insurance and Employee Relations.
Reports & MIS (Monthly and Quarterly):
- Ensures accurate and complete system records of employees especially regarding the Job details, performance, salary & previous employment history
- Provide HR related overseas reporting for which the role requires coordination with HR Coordinators and Business Partners for information and feedback.
- Manages and submits the Central Bank staff reports on a quarterly basis
- Maintains the full employee compensation history from the date of hire
Policies:
- Maintains comprehensive list of all approved policies and benefits for Mashreq MGN staff. Liaise with the HR Manager & C&B-UAE to update policy manuals with approved changes.
HR Systems:
- Manages the full employee records in HRMS.
- Facilitates the automation of HR processes MGN
- Maintain the details of existing processes, workflows and documents.
- Provide first level support to internal stakeholders/end user and report the cause of any issues/errors to the C&B Team.
- Creates and executes test plans on need basis.
- Maintains and generates all types of staff reports for the business support.
Performance Management:
- Supports staff with all HR queries.
- Manages the spot reward & Extra mile process and budget
- Maintains and issues warnings/ suspension letters to staff based on the recommendation from the business group, FPNI and Legal as and when required
HR Operations and Payroll
- Responsible for payroll management and monthly reporting to the Payroll vendor
- Responsible for Final settlements of all exited staff
- Handles day to day employee queries and responds to them timely
- Act as a liaison between the Company & the medical insurance provider.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Good knowledge in MS office
- In-depth knowledge of Pakistan Labor Law
- Good knowledge of end to end HR processes
