Desired applicant should have basic understanding of the talent acquisition function in a banking environment.
Technical Skillset: Strong analytical skills, positive and service oriented attitude. Expertise in Microsoft Office is an essential requirement.
Responsibilities:
• Resume short-listing & interview scheduling. Should have a basic idea of expertise required for different roles in a bank.
• Analysis of Pre-hiring checks; particularly Credit report (CIB) & World Check report.
• Screening of hiring requisitions & assessment of candidates upto certain level to ensure they are the right fit.
• Manage end to end electronic processing of hiring requisitions w.r.t available headcount budget.
• Prepare comparative remuneration packages for selected candidates (current vs proposed).
• Issue Letters of Appointment to successful candidates post the salary negotiation process.
• Managing internal hiring / elevations / re-designations in the assigned portfolio.
• Maintain talent related MIS & Dashboards e.g. Hiring trackers, elevations, internal jobs etc.
• Prepare periodic recruitment analysis and strenghten good relationships with all stakeholders internally as well as externally.
