This position is responsible to manage the Procure to Pay Operations of assigned category through timely and cost efficient purchase and on time delivery of the material.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the process of receiving the PRs along with approved budget to generate RFQs as per directions from MROP team to suppliers
• Manage and supervise the process of making comparative statements and sharing with end users for technical evaluation
• Manage and supervise the process of sharing the technically evaluated case with MROP team to negotiate the competitive price
• Manage and supervise the process of making purchase order in the system and keeping all case files in the system
• Manage and supervise the process of coordinating and communicating with finance after receiving order acknowledgement from supplier and by providing the proforma invoice, order acknowledgement and related approvals
• Manage and supervise the process of coordinating and following up with logistics team for timely freight forwarding and customs clearance of foreign shipments
• Coordinating with material warehouse for timely issuance of material receiving report
• Implementing the training program for the buying team
