Job Summary

The position is exists to execute sales operations within the assigned District with the objective of achieving company sales and revenue generation targets on monthly and annual basis in the assigned district. The role operates within the guidelines established by the senior management and the overall business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving Sales Targets
  • Responsible for attainment of company sales goals and profitability within the assigned region
  • Achieve sales objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations
  • Ensure execution of action plans and implementation of customer service standards
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets, resolve related problems
  • Provide sales data trends and develop sales projections accordingly
  • Ensure the execution of the company sales plans at the grass roots level within the assigned district
Market Development in order to achieve business objectives resulting in business growth

  • In conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, identify underdeveloped areas with high sales potential and to ensure the availability of the product accordingly with the aim to increase market share and market penetration
  • Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities
  • Survey customer needs and trends while tracking competitors activities
  • Analyze market dynamics to determine sales volume potential
Customer Relationships Management
  • Maintain and expand customer base in the assigned district
  • Ensure sustained positive relationships with key customers, identify and develop new customers
  • Manage and ensure that customer complaints are handled in an effective and timely manner
