Overall responsibilities:

1. Create and present complex data analysis and reports, as appropriate to the area of expertise, making process improvement recommendations, etc.
2. Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports
3. Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources
4. Assist in performance management and new employee onboarding related initiatives
5. Facilitate in implementation of engagement, employee wellness and DE&I initiatives
6. Assist in managing end-to-end talent acquisition process
7. Assist in the development and modification of operating policies, guidelines, as appropriate for development of best practices
8. Work in close coordination with the HR team to resolve various HR related issues
