• Reasoning Analysis concerning delay reflected by the aging report for all service center(s).
• Prepare ASC-wise RTAT and Satisfaction report reflecting reasons for not achieving set KPIs.
• Preparation of daily aging report.
• Follow-up with service centers on daily basis ensuring set labor and service targets are achieved.
• Data analysis of "Daily Received Jobs" & prepare "Daily Complaint Report".
• Follow-up of Un-Assigned complaints with CSO and ensure timely assignment to the technician.
