HABIB METRO is inviting applications for "Officer ADC Technical , "OG III to OG I" for IT Division.
Experience : · Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skillset : · Having knowledge of 1Link and regulators regulations. Good knowledge of process improvement methodology and business process management techniques.
Responsibilities :
1. The focus would be on ATM machines and POS terminals Installation, Configuration, Monitoring and Maintenance in Kabul and provinces.
2. Ensure that in the event of an ATM/ADC incident the respective teams and/or vendors are timely engaged to resolve the issue to have a minimum down time.
3. Contact ATM, POS and Switch service providers for support in case of high-level issues.
4. Coordination with IT department and ensure all communicational and networking issues related to ATMs, POS, Online Banking and all other services are up and running.
