HABIB METRO is inviting applications for "Area Compliance Officer , "AVP" for Compliance Division.
Experience : · 7-10 years’ experience specially in Compliance and/or Management & Branch Audit or conversant with Internal Controls & other areas of banking
Technical Skillset : ·
• MS Office Skills
• Knowledge of SBP Regulations
• Analytical skills
• Knowledge of Foreign Exchange Regulations
• Knowledge of Trade Finance
Responsibilities :
1. Conduct and supervise onsite/offsite compliance review of branches/Head Office functions regarding violation of regulation.
2. Manage closure and escalation of open issues against which action is required.
3. To keep updated all MIS regarding any observation and control effectively & efficiently
4. Create compliance culture awareness within the area by facilitating training for branch staff.
5. Ensure that group compliance directives are implemented at the branches.
6. Updating of Checklists with the regulations/instructions issued by the regulator & HBZ from time to time. To keep follow-up on compilation of review report & its timely submission to Head of Compliance assurance for onward submission to AH/ZH.
