HBL is looking to hire UX and Growth Manager in Marketing and Corporate Affairs Function, Karachi who will be responsible for managing operational excellence of technology platforms within Marketing to achieve business objectives and growth.
Job Details:
• Assist business and IT teams in developing world class user experience for existing and new Digital initiatives using Design Thinking and Human Centered Design principles.
• Maintain and upgrade HBL website to serve as an alternative platform for Customer Services, Product Information and Sales / Lead generation.
• Owning and managing website analytics, key performance metrics, and develop strong SEO presence for lead generation programs and awareness.
• Identify and explore appropriate and latest technological tools for job performance and effectiveness.
Technical skill set:
• Experience in digital analytics and specialized tools including Google Analytics, Search Console & Google Optimize.
• Familiarity with design tools including Miro, Marvel & Invision.
• Understanding of conversion/funnel rate optimization and testing roadmaps.
• Basic understanding of other digital marketing functions/activities – Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social Listening, FB Ads Manager, Google Ads
Location: Karachi
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate, with specialization in Digital Marketing or Technology Marketing.
Experience: 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Digital Analytics, Digital Product Development, and User Experience.
