HBL is looking to hire a Regional Retail Lending Manager Islamic Banking-South in Islamic Banking Function, Karachi who will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of assigned Retail Lending function of Region with focus on improving quality and size of regional credit Portfolio.
Job Details:
• Assist Field staff for marketing & business development activities to generate new prospects for achievement of assigned targets of the Region.
• Assist Regional Retail Lending Head on Credit Reviews to approve / recommend these within bank’s approved Credit policy and given regulatory guidelines.
• Closely monitor industry trends & economic changes affecting clients’ position & pass on information to the team members and keep them informed / abreast of such developments
• Contribute to the development of processes and the implementation of systems and process improvements within the Region
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Experience: 5 years’ relevant experience.
