Supervises & ensures the following:

Timely pickups & deliveries of shipmentsStrict compliance of Standard Operating procedures in all operational activitiesStrict security of Operations Room and places where material is being handledReceiving of inbound material & forwarding of outbound materialImmediate handling of Operational Disorders and their speedy resolutionCoordination with Customer Services Department for effective & efficient resolution of customers’ complaintsBetter understanding & coordination with sales department for providing customized service to our clientsImparts on the job training & coaching to couriers and other operations staffPersonal appearance & grooming of couriers, maintenance of their motorbikes and  availability of courier kits
