Combination of Business Partner and Function HR . Strategically aligns HR efforts to specific business needs​ (typically includes organization assessment and design, team effectiveness, building culture that values trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity). Coaches and develops leaders and ensures business and HR process/ ER compliance. Partners with practices and HR shared services to implement effective, business-oriented solutions that meet specific business and Line Leader challenges. Works with HR and functional leaders to support employees and the business via functional capabilities needed to do their job well. Ensures a pipeline of talent is in-place for the function, and coordinates between the function & business units to staff roles and ensure sufficient succession planning. May help lead a functional Talent Council at some level. Where applicable, designs and executes functional Rewards & Recognition. Support OUs to ensure a healthy and proper mix of diversity in the function, per company guidelines, at all levels.


Qualifications

1. MBA HR - preferred or

2. Bachelors in social sciences or/and

3. SHRM certification
