HABIB METRO is inviting applications for "Regional Manager - HR, MGR to AVP" for Human Resource Division.
Experience : Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skillset : Sound knowledge of human resources function and relevant industry environment. Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. Strong HR analytical, accounting, numerical & Statistical skills (Advanced Excel etc.)
Responsibilities :
1.To support the Relationship Management unit in development and re-enforcement of a HR Policies, SOPs & help in drive team members to achieve individual and organization goals.
2.To actively participate in planned employee engagement activities including regular periodic visits.
3.To support Relationship team in regularization of HR Operational Compliance.
4.To active participate in learning and development initiatives to ensure inventions are executed as per plan.
5.To extend operational support to TA, Rewards and Learning for existing and new employees.
6.To ensure new joiners documentation, orientation and logistic arrangements are in place well before time
7.To assist in designing, process and policies to support the delivery of the business goals with maximum control, efficiency and effectiveness.
