Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Islamabad, Islāmābād, Pakistan
Qualification & Experiences:
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science
- Minimum 3-4 years' QA experience, preferably in banking industry
Job Responsibilities
- Plan & implement Quality Assurance Management Programs
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations to improve software quality.
- Analyze Business and Functional Requirement of the developed Product.
- Implement Quality Engineering procedures, process and standards to ensure on-going quality improvement across all released deliverables.
- Documents audits and Versioning control of deliverables.
- Work with development team to resolve software testing issues.
- Consult with Customer, Business Analyst and Project Managers to determine software requirements.
- Develop Test Plan.
- Test cases design and review test cases to ensure that business requirements are covered.
- Develop, Design, and execute test cases to ensure product quality and verify functionality.
- Document and Track issues in the bug repository
- Perform Integration, Functional, System, Regression, Load and Acceptance Testing.
- Maintaining Traceability Matrix, REQM Data sheets and other CMMI related documentation for REQM, Verification, Validation Process Areas.
- Deployment of builds in test environment setup.
- Client end Support and training.
- User Acceptance Testing
Required Skills
- Understanding of Banking IT operations at basic level
- Proficiency in office management tools including PC skills (MS Office).
- Ability to liaise with various banking and IT functions
- Strong analytical and creative skills with an understanding of the various attributes of Service Quality.
- Ability to interact with diverse cultures and people at all levels as well as adaptability to change.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills along with team management skills.
