We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Customer First Department (Value Chain)
Qualification:
- Minimum Education BBA / MBA - Marketing
Minimum Experience: 2 Years
Responsibilities include:
- To plan, implement and monitor the strategy for structured and competitive Aftersales Products in Retail
- To ensure the utilization of communication channels for both retail and B2
- To work in close coordination Vehicle Marketing to Develop an integrated aftersales communication including long term goals and short term campaigns
- To develop and implement product offerings that are competitive and attractive to our customers in the private, corporate, fleet and government sector
- To develop, implement and improve CRM activities to improve Customer Retention by proactively anticipating the changing customer needs demands
