Positions: Branch Manager – Cashless Center

Location: Punjab, Pakistan


Position Summary:


Cashless is a new business model where lending centers will operate without any cash handling. All the disbursement will be made in customers mobile wallet.


The incumbent will ensure seamless customer onboarding and promote cashless financial services by educating customers on mobile wallet and alternate delivery channel usage that includes easypaisa app and easypaisa retail network. The incumbent will also work with sales center team and the distribution stakeholders to offer a business solution to the market.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Graduate
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Negotiation skills/problem solving skills
  • Good understanding of Banking products

Responsibilities:


  1. Lead the cashless portfolio growth and scale up the product uptake in the market
  2. Promote financial inclusion and motivate customers to bank through self-service channels
  3. Effectively communicate TMB’s value proposition and persuade customers to use easypaisa retail network and mobile wallets for loan repayments
  4. Initiate, follow and build strong business relationships with the distribution ecosystems to drive value.
  5. To build, Manage and develop a high performance oriented cashless team.
  6. To promote product knowledge and conduct product trainings in of the staff.
  7. To ensure 100% compliance to bank policies and procedures in all cashless onboarding.
  8. Take responsibility and give clear guidance and strategies of achieving the set targets.
  9. Responsible in Monitoring and evaluating the cashless data reports and ensure accuracy of the same.
  10. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  11. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  12. Work closely with Line Manager to identify new markets for business development.
  13. Co-ordinate with all support functions to ensure timely disbursal of loans while maintaining the integrity of the process and documents.
  14. Review credit worthiness and verify the customer’s income and demographics to establish customer’s need and credibility for the proposed loan.
  15. Carry out any other task assigned by Line Manager.
  16. Ensure safety, security and maintenance of premises and other critical branch records within the location.
  17. Ensure file discrepancies are within defined thresholds
  18. Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviors in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
  19. Ensure that a culture of risk and compliance management is implemented, and institute performance measures tied to individual risk and compliance responsibilities.
