Position: Executive Examinations
Main Responsibilities:
• Organizing and ensuring the examination flow, examination materials and question papers are well prepared and maintained precautionary.
• Responsible for ensuring that examination question papers received from the faculties’ accordance with standard template, and make sure its availability as per strength of students in class rooms.
• Ensuring and providing safe custody of examination material, with maintaining its confidentiality.
• The processing of examination results in line with examination requirements and prepare transcripts of students.
• Coordinating with security during the examination session.
• Assisting in question papers printing processes, preparation of examination materials and storing.
• Organizing and maintaining invigilator record.

Position: Senior Executive HR - Talent Acquisition
Senior Executive Talent Acquisition:
The position reports to the Manager Human Resources and is responsible for the effective delivery of a recruitment function to support the talent needs of the Institute. The role is primarily responsible for the overall management and best practice of recruitment services of staff and faculty. The individual will be required to explore and propose innovative technology-based recruitment solutions that are competitive and aligned with the recruitment strategy.
Principal Accountabilities of the job
• Prepare and roll out Human Resources Hiring Plan for hiring of staff in order to ensure future hiring needs
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
• Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates
• Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
• Counsel the candidate on employee benefits, salary, and work environment
• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
• Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
• Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
• Facilitating faculty hiring
• Facilitate Faculty Selection Promotion Committee and Selection Board
• Facilitate Internal staff promotions cases
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably Master in Business Administration from HEC recognized university/institute with At least 2-4 years of work experience of recruitment management in structured Human Resources department
Skills/Knowledge:
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
• Strong decision-making skills

Position: Project Associate - Academic Support
Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations of MBA Executive Program, for the preliminary project thesis and literature review editing with suggestions for revisions and possible rewriting for clarity, final project thesis editing after preliminary editing has been completed and formatting of bibliography, tables, and figure. The incumbent will liaise with all the stakeholders and will also support the Assistant Manager for tasks related to the program, as well as any other tasks assigned by the Program Lead MBA executive.
Criteria:
The incumbent should have a Master’s degree from an HEC recognized university with more than 2 years of relevant work experience. Excellent proofreading and copyediting services are essential.
The candidate should have demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. Must be Skilled in Class Management, Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, Public Speaking, and Teacher Training.

Position: Assistant Manager - Dean Office School of Business Studies
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for smooth implementation of the strategic plan for the school, provide support to Chairs and other related faculty members and staff.
• Monitoring overall school’s academic activities and identify problem areas that are not consistent with the overall vision and mission of the school.
• Compiling departmental performance report that may include hiring patterns, training, resource optimization and other related activity.
• Responsible for the centrality of the academic policies and provide clarity to the departments and other stakeholders.
• To seek constant feedback from faculty members and student related to the overall learning process by holding town hall meetings with faculty and students.
• Engaging with the school’s committee to record overall progress.
• Providing broad guidelines and timelines for curriculum reviews and updates.
