HBL is looking to hire a Manager Talent Acquisition Tech Functions in Human Resources Function, Karachi who will be responsible for managing and monitoring the recruitment process and needs of the assigned portfolio and processing all the hiring cases as per policies and procedures of the bank. Ensuring effective pipeline is available to back-fill roles in the assigned portfolio.
Job Details:
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies / process operating instructions (POI)
• Recruitment activities, involving job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, testing, interview scheduling and negotiating with candidates, to fulfil vacant slots for technology functions.
• Liaison with technology functions to analyze hiring need and maintain a constant talent pipeline for the assigned portfolio through constant search and selection of online applications
• Update internal clients from technology business weekly on recruitment status
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources
Experience: 5-7 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the recruitment function of a technology company.
